AB Mauri

AB Mauri is an operating division of Associated British Foods. It was formed in 2004 from the bakery ingredients businesses that ABF had acquired, including those from Australian Burns Philp, Sohovos in Brazil, DSM in Europe, and Oregon-based Innovative Cereal Systems. In January 2018, AB Mauri signed distribution deals with wine companies.


ABR Holdings

ABR Holdings Limited is a Singapore based food and beverage company listed on the secondary board of the Singapore Exchange, Sesdaq. Established in 1978, it first held the franchise for Swensens in Singapore. It holds the franchise of casual dining restaurant, Swensens in Asia and Oceania, which has restaurants in Singapore and Malaysia. The group also has the franchise for Yogen Fruz, an international chain of frozen yogurt and smoothie stores.


Adler Seeds

Adler Seeds is an American company that was founded in 1937 by Howard Adler, in Sharpsville, Indiana. Adler Seeds was formerly known as George Adler & Sons until later when it was then incorporated and called Adler Seeds. By 1993 Howard Alder had resigned and decided to pass on the company to John Adler, his son. In 2005, it merged with Kelley Farms. Adlers developed JavaSoy in 2002, which is a soy/coffee blend that is marketed through their Adler Foods company. After a fire at its seed facility, Adler Seeds sold its facility and farm ground to Becks Hybrids, based in Atlanta, Indiana, in 2009. Becks soon began to redevelop the facility and farmland into their Foundation Seed Facility. Adlers co-owner John Adler, son of founder Howard, then moved to Lafayette, Indiana and re-established Adler Seeds by joining with AgVenture. AgVenture is a "network of independently owned and operated regional seed companies".



Agrotissa or in Greek Αγρότισσα is the brand name for a range of products sold in Greece. It literally means "farmer-girl". This is a well-known brand in Greece, a common variety being the condensed milk, which is marketed in tins of 410 g, or 387 ml. It is designed to be used with water, in the ratio of 1:1. One tin will produce 4 glasses of milk, with 3.75% fat content. Due to its easy dry storage, this milk is often used in making Frappe which is known sometimes as Greek coffee, especially economical for canteens. Other varieties have included canned pineapple slices in light syrup sold in cans of ten and tinned tomatoes. It is marketed by the Atlantic Supermarkets of Greece.

Al Farooj Fresh was the first fast-casual restaurant chain in UAE that offered foods such as shawerma sandwiches and chicken meals. Al Farooj Fresh is a wholly owned subsidiary of Al Islami Foods, a company that provides halal food products, and has 18 branches worldwide including 14 in the UAE, 1 in Oman and 2 in Lebanon.

Aldis SRL is a Romanian meat and smallgoods processing company based in Calarasi. The company has the capacity to produce 150 tonnes of products per day. It has an annual turnover of almost €70 million and over 1300 employees. The founder of Aldis, George Naghi, was killed in a boating accident on 7 August 2011.

Grabower produces biscuits and cakes. The company exports products to about 50 countries and offers under its own brand production service. As of June 2010, they joined the continental bakeries group.
